A website with online booking for a children's playroom and party venue in Zaprešić, with a calendar of free slots.
Goal
The playroom needed a site where parents see free party slots and book one online, with the calendar connected to the Google Calendar the staff already use.
Plan
We arranged the site around the questions parents ask before a birthday party: what the space looks like, what the packages include, when a slot is free and how to book it.
Build
Parents see free and booked slots up to a year ahead and book online. The calendar is connected to the playroom’s Google Calendar, so the site shows the same slots the staff see.
The photo gallery is sorted into the space, birthday parties and the opening, so parents quickly find what they want to see.
We prepared the site to show up better when parents search for a playroom or a birthday venue in Zaprešić, and we look after it after launch with support and maintenance.
Result
Parents pick a free slot online, and the playroom calls them to confirm the booking. See the site live.
How it works
01Parents see which days still have a free slot, up to a year ahead. 
02A tap on a free day opens the booking with the date filled in. Next they pick a time slot. 
03They choose a package and see its price before sending the booking.
