Who handles your data
Project InnerVerse, obrt za usluge, Vinogorska ulica 12, 10362 Kašina, Croatia. For any question about your data, write to us at info@projectinnerverse.com.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the form, we store what you enter. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to talk about a possible project.
We process your enquiry because you asked us to reply and possibly prepare an offer (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and email we cannot reply to your enquiry or confirm a call.
The data passes through Cloudflare, which runs the form, and Zoho Mail, which hosts our inbox. Both process it on our behalf as processors. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of the Meta group, under its own terms, so the data may be processed outside the European Union. We use the messages only to reply to you and keep them as an enquiry, under the periods below (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Visiting the site
The site runs on Cloudflare. On every visit Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data, such as the browser and the time, to run the site and protect it from attacks (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use this data to track visitors or build profiles.
We count visits and the pages people open with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we know which parts of the site are useful to visitors (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). It sets no cookies and does not recognise individual visitors.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare is a US company with servers around the world, so data may also be processed outside the European Union. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Zoho stores our data in its data centre in the European Union.
How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry and our correspondence while we are in contact and for at most 12 months after the last message, then delete them.
If the enquiry turns into a project, we keep the correspondence and the contract while we work together and for five years after that, the general limitation period, so we can establish or defend any legal claims (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We keep invoices and other business records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, at most 11 years (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
Spam protection
The form and the booking calendar use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people apart from automated programs. For this check Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about your browser, to protect the site from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Turnstile does not set tracking cookies.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no cookies that track visitors.
Booking calendar
The booking calendar shows free times from Zoho Bookings, from the same provider as our inbox. When you book a time, our server on Cloudflare passes your name, email and the chosen time to Zoho, which stores them on our behalf as a processor and sends you the confirmation. The call itself runs on Zoho Meeting. If you book directly on Zoho's page, Zoho also stores your phone number if you enter one. We use these details only for that call and keep them as an enquiry, under the periods above.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to receive the data you gave us in a portable format, and you can object to its processing. Just write to info@projectinnerverse.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
Complaints
You can send a written complaint about our service by email to info@projectinnerverse.com or by post to Project InnerVerse, obrt za usluge, Vinogorska ulica 12, 10362 Kašina, Croatia. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.
